Core Stability Training

Core stability or core stabilization has become a basic form of exercise. Core stabilization is the development of the inner core musculature for the benefit of giving dynamic stability to the lower back, pelvis and hip area. The main core muscles are the transverse abdominus, multifidus and muscles of the pelvic floor. We teach you to integrate appropriate core activity with normal general movement patterns. Good core stability results not only in resolution of back pain, but assists in sports performance, and improves posture for work and other daily activity.
